We only accept cash on delivery (COD) as a payment method. You will pay for your order in cash when it is delivered to your specified address.

All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD). Shipping fees are not included in the price of products and will be added to the final invoice upon delivery.

We offer delivery services across Lebanon through a third-party courier service. The delivery charges are calculated by the third-party provider and will be added to the final invoice once your order is confirmed. Shipping fees will be paid in cash directly to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. We are not responsible for any delays caused by external factors such as shipping carrier issues or unforeseen events.

6. Returns (No Refunds)
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
Please note that no refunds are offered for returns. The returned product will be inspected, and if the return meets the conditions, it will be accepted.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
